Jeena Chera

Jeena Chera was born and raised in Surrey, British Columbia. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from Kwantlen Polytechnic University before obtaining her law degree from the University of Leicester in May 2023. Jeena was called to the British Columbia Bar in February 2026.

Jeena completed her articles at Hara & Company, where she developed experience in civil litigation. Prior to attending law school, she spent over five years working with the Provincial Court of British Columbia in the criminal law section, assisting members of the public with navigating their legal matters. She is fluent in English and Punjabi, which enables her to effectively serve clients from diverse backgrounds.

Outside of her legal practice, Jeena enjoys spending quality time with her family, soaking in the sun and exploring cafés especially when it involves discovering the next overpriced latte.
